Part two of my talk with Toby Slough. Here we discuss his new book Toby the Goby and Mental Health.

 

Today I start my chat with Toby Slough. He was the lead Pastor at Cross Timbers Church in Argyle, Texas for over 20 years. He has written several books including his latest book for kids about mental health. In part one we just have fun talking about the history of Cross Timbers and what it was like to be on staff during what God did through this amazing ministry.

Join me and my good friend and youth pastor Luke Sanders as we talk about parenting, teenagers, dating and other stuff maybe help the craziness of parenting.

 

Let's kick off season 2 with this. Where have I been and Why I stepped out of ministry. 

A follow up visit with my sister Tara Wade. We cover a couple of topics about healing, wounds and things God redeem's. 

This episode we talk to my sister in law who has walked through some very hurtful experiences. She shares with us her healing process and what God has done for her. I hope you enjoy and God uses her story to help you find movement to your healing process and purpose to your pain. 

Listen in as I talk to my father in law about retirement and how do you plan for it and how to handle life after you retire. Some really good stuff even if your not close to getting to sleep in every day! 

Today I get to interview my son. We talk about being the son of a Pastor, Advice he has for parents, and what its like to be gifted.
